NCCAM is a government institution for researching, developing, and organizing complementary and alternative medicine in Saudi Arabia.
The client wanted a professional and easy to use website to help and support researchers, organizations, and institutions that are interested in this field.
Hence, NCCAM contacted Mash World to look into the old website and enhance its usability and information findability.
CHALLENGES
Although the old website was rich in content, it was not organized or structured to help users find what they are looking for easily. So we had to organize and categorize a huge volume of information to be more accessible by visitors. Further, our developers and designers had to work according to a very tight deadline.
SOLUTIONS
To deliver what the client exactly needed in a short time, we involved the client in the process of creation through feedback, enhancement and approval. We focused our efforts on simplifying the website navigation by reorganizing and relabeling some sections to meet visitors’ expectations.
